The Spiegeltent at South Street Seaport's 2007 season officially kicked off this week, and the lineup for this year's Euro-style cabaret — Ute Lemper, Absinthe, Jose Gonzalez, the Shout Out Louds — is sure to bring out the spectacle-loving masses.
