Lego Star Wars set compiles the prequel-beating games.

George Lucas and his special-effects team spent hundreds of millions of dollars (not to mention a few years) building photorealistic Star Wars prequels that sucked. Meanwhile, Lucas Arts based a few retro video games around plastic blocks — and the Lego Star Wars franchise became one of the best-selling ideas in the gaming industry. The Complete Saga collects both titles, spanning all six movies (for better and worse) and is available for almost every platform. But your young one will most enjoy it on Wii or PS3, where she can wield her remote like a light-saber.
