America’s Just Not That Into This Year’s Best Picture Candidates

With the Oscars just under two weeks away, people still don't seem to be that enthused about this year's crop of Best Picture nominees. Milk, Frost/Nixon, and The Reader will each finish among the top ten lowest-grossing Best Picture candidates of all time, with the latter two occupying the No. 2 and No. 3 spots on the list. Only Letters From Iwo Jima, a movie with no recognizable stars* that was also subtitled, fared worse. [/Film]
