Why? Because no matter how rad you think that the new Star Trek trailer that you’re about to watch looks on your computer monitor, we guarantee it will look approximately 1,000 times more impressive when viewed on the big screen. As the tagline attests, this trailer gives some additional clues and insight into the rebellious Captain Kirk’s backstory, and goes a long way towards setting the table for Captain Kirk to have his very own Inigo Montoya moment with an evil Romulan played by Eric Bana. We are SO there.
