Marvel and Paramount announced this afternoon that Natalie Portman has officially been cast to play the love interest role in Kenneth Branagh’s Thor. This news should go over well with just about everyone except Vulture buddy Nikki Finke, who hilariously stated “So I guess Marvel wants a wooden performance … ” when she first floated the Portman rumors back in March.
