According to the Twitter of obscure Pharrell affiliate Fam-Lay, N.E.R.D. is planning to add an R&B singer named Rhea to the group. So is Pharrell taking a page out of the Will.I.Am playbook? You may recall Black Eyed Peas as a boring, harmless conscious-rap trio, before they scooped up Fergie for 2003’s Elephunk and became annoying radio staples.
