And now Eric Clapton has pulled out of this week's Rock and Roll Hall concert to have gallstones removed. After the surgery, Clapton, who's pretty damn old at 62, "will spend time recuperating at home in the UK," according to a statement. Old Slowhand was supposed to perform at MSG on Friday with elderly legends U2, Aretha Franklin, Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, and Annie Lennox. None of them have canceled, but the curse on musical limeys is coming after you, Ozzy!
