Yesterday Hogan reveled that he once tried to join the Rolling Stones by getting Jerry Hall to put in a good word with Mick Jagger. Didn’t work. Ever the persistent bassist, Hogan also offered his talents to Metallica. His calls were never returned. “I would have quit wrestling in a heartbeat to be a bass player for Metallica,” Hogan said. We would quit our jobs in a heartbeat too if it meant seeing Hogan put Lars Ulrich in a headlock.
