In an apparent consolation prize/PR move after this week’s cries of homophobia directed at ABC for canceling multiple appearances by AMA ad libber Adam Lambert, the network announced today that Lambert will appear on it’s daytime ladychat show The View on Thursday. Both Lambert’s interview and performance will be pre-taped, and they say its because of a scheduling conflict, but maybe the network was afraid Adam would repeat his AMA performance as an f-you to the network – which would basically be the most awesome pop culture event of this decade.
