Young Woman Faces 3 Years in Prison After Videotaping 3 Minutes of New Moon

A 22-year-old Chicago woman was slapped with a rarely-invoked felony and faces up to three years in prison after a movie theater employee saw her using her camera during a screening of New Moon. She claims she was just taping her sister's birthday party and that "you can hear [her] talking the whole time." While it's hard to feel sorry for a movie talker, this is a bit excessive.
