The late night saga over at NBC is pretty much over now that Conan has made his exit. But if you’re able to corner Jay Leno outside of a night club, as Inside Edition did, you can get him to talk about it. In this clip, a reporter for the show asks Jay whether he has spoken to Conan or David Letterman recently (no), if he and Conan are still friends (he hopes so) and why Letterman is so mean to him (Dave’s always been that way). The highlight comes about halfway through when someone asks Leno if his image has been tarnished by this whole mess. His cringe-inducing joke will make you miss Conan already.
