All Points West will most likely not return this summer, the Times reports. While Mark Shulman of parent company AEG Live says “No final determination of any kind has been made for 2010,” the general industry consensus is that, as Frank Riley of High Road Touring puts it, “Without a clear headliner in place at this point, it seems unlikely that the festival will take place.” But where else can we go to get charged $4.50 ATM fees?!
