Brittany Murphy’s Cause of Death Determined
According to the L.A. County Coroner, Murphy's death was an accident caused primarily by pneumonia, with iron deficiency anemia and "multiple drug intoxication" also playing a role. The AP says all drugs were prescription. [TMZ, AP]
