Oscar Nominations Announced!

They're here! Moments ago in Los Angeles, Bride Wars star Anne Hathaway announced the nominees for the 82nd Academy Awards. Avatar and The Hurt Locker lead with 9 each. Vulture's predictions were reasonably on-target, but minor surprises included Blind Side's Best Picture nod and Maggie Gyllenhaal's one for Crazy Heart. New York's David Edelstein weighs in here with his thoughts.
