Falco and Lansbury at Drama League Gala

Given the number of unlikely Broadway shows in the pipeline (Spider-Man, American Idiot, American Psycho, The Addams Family, etc.), we’ve been plagued by the irrational worry that The Sopranos might someday get the musical treatment. Thankfully, Edie Falco was on hand at the Drama League’s annual gala last night to allay our fears: “No. Off the top of my head, no, I couldn’t [see that happening],” she told us. “I think David Chase would probably hang himself before he let such a thing happen.” See Falco and other Broadway stars — Bernadette Peters, Will Swenson, Angela Lansbury — in our Party Lines slideshow.
