Alan Cumming has announced he is pulling out of Julie Taymor’s upcoming Broadway musical Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark, in which he was to play the Green Goblin, due to scheduling conflicts. This comes about a month after Evan Rachel Wood dropped out of the beleaguered production, which has a price tag of over $50 million at this point and still has no opening date in sight.
