Less interesting than the news that two former contestants on different seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette franchises have gotten engaged (if their wedding happens, it will be only the second in Bachelor history, and the third for the entire franchise) is the part about how they met. It seems that former contestants have their own private Facebook group, meet for regular reunions and meet-ups, and even have what they describe as "the Godfather of Bachelor alumni," snowboarder Jesse Csincsak, who won The Bachelorette's fourth season but was later dumped by DeAnna Pappas. With "alumni" numbering in the hundreds and having been extensively vetted (and VD-tested!) by ABC, the secret Bachelor Facebook group is surely one of the most exclusive dating pools in the world — though if they all married each other they might breed a race of super-fame-obsessed zombie creatures.
