Perhaps inspired by Simon Cowell’s recent dig at the Idol judging panel’s lack of experience (“You’ve got to have somebody on that panel who actually knows what they’re talking about,” he said of his replacement), Ellen DeGeneres has revealed she’s getting into the music business. In a taped segment that will air on Wednesday’s episode of her show, DeGeneres announced that she will be starting her own record label called eleveneleven. The first artist on the label will be none other than 12-year-old Greyson Chance (a.k.a “Paparazzi” Boy), perhaps indicating the label’s name is reflective of the the age of its target demo.
