A Los Angeles judge denied the director’s request to unseal secret testimony from original prosecutor Roger Gunson about a sentencing plan in Polanski’s 33-year-old sex case, stating it won’t be released unless Polanksi returns to the U.S. for a hearing and Gunson can’t testify in person.
