Vulture Premieres Dirty Projectors’ Cover of Bob Dylan’s ‘I Dreamed I Saw St. Augustine’

Dirty Projectors have taken some time out from their world tour to record a take on Bob Dylan's "I Dreamed I Saw St. Augustine," a folk banger from 1968's John Wesley Harding, and Vulture has the exclusive stream for you right now. The band stays fairly loyal to the original, with Amber Coffman and Angel Deradoorian adding a new layer of harmony while front man Dave Longstreth does his best Dylan impersonation. It's great! The cover is part of Levi's Pioneer Sessions, which has previously seen Nas take on Slick Rick and She & Him do Rick Nelson; listen below, download it right here, and then let us know what you think.
