Meet the Vuvuzela, the South African Trumpet That Sounds Like a Foghorn
The New York Times has an interesting piece today on vuvuzelas — long, multicolored trumpets (demonstrated not too cacophonously below) that World Cup fans will be hearing a great deal from, for better or worse, in the weeks to come. They are loud.
