Best-selling fabulist James Frey co-wrote the forthcoming HarperCollins YA sci-fi novel I Am Number Four with rookie author Jobie Hughes under the collective alias Pittacus Lore, who, for marketing purposes, they’re claiming is a real-life alien (a “Lorien,” actually). Today, EW’s Shelf Life blog has an interview with Lore in which, using a voice changer, he discusses his home planet and the impending invasion of Earth by Mogadarians.
