Lilith Fair Revival Is Struggling

This summer has not been kind to several high-profile concert tours, and the 2010 revival of the Lilith Fair is the latest to announce major cancellations. Organizers have pulled 10 dates today in addition to two previously announced cancellations. Meanwhile, the shows that are playing reportedly are suffering from “embarrassingly low attendance” and many stops are being moved to venues half the size. In its heyday, when Sarah McLachlan and company kicked off the Fair in 1997, it was the country's highest grossing touring festival. [Music Mix/EW]
