This week's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey included a climactic fight between Housewives Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline Laurita, Laurita's daughter Ashley Holmes, and perennial drama-queen Danielle Staub, that resulted in, yes, Holmes pulling Staub's weave right out of her head. At the time, Staub wanted somebody arrested, but, to her mascara-streaked horror, everyone was free to go home, and in January, Holmes ended up paying a $189 fine (and the harassment charges were dropped). But after the episode aired on Monday, it seems Staub's case has a second life. "We are going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women. We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well," her attorney told Hollywood Life. She's also seeking restraining orders against Holmes and Giudice, the latter of whom, to Staub's credit, does like to flip a table on occasion.
