Crocodile Dundee Can’t Afford to Pay His Way Out of Australia

Paul "Crocodile Dundee" Hogan has been detained in Australia by the country's Taxation Office since last week, due to an alleged $37.6 million of undeclared income. Now he's boldly dismissing the charges as a witch hunt: "I know they're absolutely desperate to nail some high-profile character with money to justify the expense to the taxpayer." Worst of all, Hogan says he "can't pay 10 percent of what they're asking," meaning he can't get back to his family and home in L.A. Should we start a fund? [AP]
