What Does a Presidential Campaign Ad From Wyclef Look Like?

Finally, that question is answered! Despite all general nay-saying, Wyclef is charging ahead with his quest for the Haitian presidency, and now we have his first campaign video. It’s a wordless, mostly non-embarrassing two and a half minutes that show Wyclef exiting an airplane, trying out some Clinton-esque thumbs-up gestures, and riling up a crowd just by saying something unintelligible. As far as Wyclef videos go, it’s certainly not as good as the one for his 1997 Bee Gees sampling solo single "We Trying to Stay Alive," but it’s not bad. Okay, who's convinced Clef can run a country now? [HipHopWired]
