Hogwarts Finally Hooks Up the Internet


Life at Hogwarts is pretty old-fashioned. Candles and torches line the walls; servants cook the food and clean the sheets; students pack the library to read ancient, dust-covered books. Isn't it time for the magical world to leap into the 21st century? Isn't it time for Hogsmeade to install Wi-Fi? Isn't it time for Hogwarts students to get online?

With Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows opening tonight, we wanted to revisit what would happen if laptops, smart phones, and social media came to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
