Angelina Jolie Sweet-talks Bosnian Cultural Minister

As she predicted, Angelina Jolie was able to convince Bosnian cultural minister Gavrilo Grahovac to reissue a shooting permit for her upcoming directorial debut. The permit was originally revoked after Bosnia's Association of Women Victims of War protested an alleged plot development in the movie that had a Bosnian rape victim fall in love with the Serb who raped her, but it now turns out that detail was false. So, after being given a copy of the script, the cultural minister was cool with allowing the production to proceed. Well, with that kerfuffle out of the way, let's focus on what's really important here: Hey, Grahovac, is the screenplay any good? [AP via ArtsBeat/NYT]
