The “studiously ambidextrous, palindrome-spewing, fractal-loving, perfect-joke-crafting” deadpan comic will be able to write, produce, and star in his own show after signing a “blind script” (wordplay?) deal with the network. (He’s also working on a book that will include robots.)
He will not be returning to Comedy Central, where he starred in Important Things With Demetri Martin and worked as a Daily Show correspondent.
