Joe Jackson Loses Bid for Control of Michael Jackson’s Estate


Michael shut his father out of his 2002 will, but Joe Jackson had been suing to get back into the administration of the MJ estate. No such luck: A judge ruled yesterday that the estate will not transfer over to the controversial family patriarch, but remain in the control of executors John Branca and John McClain.
