If it's Thursday, that must mean that it's time for another episode of Parks and Recreation ... on Vulture. In an effort to keep you in touch with the cast while they wait for their spot on the NBC schedule, a different Pawneean (Pawnite?) has been submitting a slideshow every week, and it's Chris Pratt's turn. He plays Andy Dwyer, the lovably dopey shoe-shine man. However, this is no easy feat: After a summer of slipping into physical fitness, getting back into doughy shape for the new season has been a grueling effort, but he's done it. In case you're ever up for the role of a slacker who has let himself go, Pratt has generously shared his secrets for how to most efficiently pack on the pounds.
