Transformers 3 Producers Not Responsible for Injured Extra?

TMZ contacted the Indiana Occupation Safety and Health Administration and were told that Transformers 3 producers are not at fault in the on-set accident that partially paralyzed extra Gabriela Cedillo. The incident, says the venerable IOSHA, occurred "due to the failure of a weld connecting a car to a cable. The weld was made by a certified welder and all necessary safety precautions were in place." Cedillo's lawsuit against the movie's producers is still pending, although this development obviously does not bode well for its chances of success. So, anyone feel better about this now? No? [MTV]
