Both Ed O’Neill and Jane Lynch spent much of last year wearing track suits in huge comedic hits, but that hasn’t stopped O’Neill from taking a swipe at Lynch’s Emmy win for Glee. “I love Jane, honestly I do,” O’Neill told TV Guide. “I’m dying to star in one of Christopher Guest’s movies alongside her, but I don’t think she should have gotten the Emmy for that part. [Sue Sylvester] is just a one-note character.” Instead, O’Neill thinks his co-star Sofia Vergara should have won the supporting actress Emmy: “Sofia is just so, so funny.
