The zingers at last night’s New York Film Critics Circle awards weren’t just directed to and from Armond White. The Social Network’s Aaron Sorkin took a good-natured jab at the absent David Fincher: “David couldn’t be here. He’s filming The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. Production began ten weeks ago, which means David should be done with his first setup any day now.” Move over Jeffrey Ross, there’s a new Roastmaster General in town, and he has four Emmys!
