DirecTV May Air The Kennedys

For a while there, it seemed like the orphaned History Channel mini-series The Kennedys was as doomed as Caroline Kennedy's short-lived bid for New York senator. Where do you go when no other channel wants to air you? Why, DirecTV, of course: TVLine reports that the home of exiled dramas Damages and Friday Night Lights is currently in advanced negotiations to pick up the high-profile project. [TVLine]
