George Lucas had better get cracking on that Star Wars TV show he's been developing for so long, because according to Seth Rogen, Lucas believes the world is going to end in 2012. "I first thought he was joking," said Rogen, who once sat down with Lucas and Steven Spielberg for a general meeting, only to find the chat hijacked by Lucas's 25-minute digression into imminent apocalypse: "He's going on about the tectonic plates and all the time Spielberg is, like, rolling his eyes, like, 'My nerdy friend won't shut up, I'm sorry ... '" So does Lucas have a plan for surviving the end of the world? "He claimed he didn't have a spaceship, but there's no doubt there's a Millennium Falcon in a garage somewhere with a pilot just waiting to go ... It's gonna be him and Steven Spielberg and I'll be blown up like the rest of us." [Toronto Sun]
