The ‘All of the Lights’ Video Was Temporarily Yanked From YouTube

Kanye West's music video for "All of the Lights" was temporarily pulled from YouTube yesterday. Is it because filmmaker Gaspar Noé threatened to sue West over the similarities between the video and Enter the Void? No, that isn't why. Is it because the video received so many pageviews that it was crashing the site? Nope, not that either. It was actually removed after the group Epilepsy Action voiced concerns that all of the lights in the video may cause people with photosensitive epilepsy to seizure. The activist group managed to get a hold of West's agent after receiving "several calls" from people who had seizures upon viewing the video. "We are delighted that our fears have been listened to and people with photosensitive epilepsy are no longer at risk," the group said yesterday. Today, however, the video is back, preceded by a warning that says it could "potentially trigger seizures." Kanye West gets to be dangerous now! [E!]
