The much-loved short video Marcel the Shell with Shoes On, by Jenny Slate and Dean Fleischer-Camp, is being made into a children’s book called Marcell the Shell with Shoes On: Things About Me. It’ll feature oil paintings of Marcel doing various things. But the best version of the book will clearly be the interactive one, which will feature audio recordings by Slate. I mean, half the charm of Marcel the Shell is Jenny Slate’s voice acting for it, after all.
Look for both versions to hit stores on November 1st.
