Rango Soars; Take Me Home Sinks

Gore Verbinski’s animated Rango took first place at the box office this weekend, earning an estimated $38,000,000, without even adding 3-D to its title. Adjustment Bureau took second, earning $20,945,000. The awesomely bad-looking Beastly managed to make $10,115,000, and, in its second week, Hall Pass made another $9 million. In fifth place, Gnomeo & Juliet made another $6 million.
