Charlie Sheen Apologizes (to Jon Cryer)

The Sheen can be a cruel monster, but when the storm quiets, he is also willing to say he's sorry. Sort of. Last night, Charlie Sheen lashed out at everyone from Les Moonves to Chuck Lorre (again) to Two and a Half Men co-star Jon Cryer, who, he claimed, "has not called me. He's a turncoat, a traitor, a troll. Clearly he's a troll." Today, there was contrition. He called in to Southern California radio station K-Earth 101 and said that his comments on Cryer may have been a little harsh. "I was in a mood, and I threw that out there ... " But he stopped short of a full apology, and instead invented a new term. "It's a half-apology — it's an 'apol'!" Always mending fences, that one. [Digital Spy]
