A bit of pilot casting news out of TV land today offers hope that perhaps one day Charlie Sheen could be taken seriously again as an actor. Tom Sizemore, whose last big TV role was as a very strung-out cast member clashing with fellow junkie Heidi Fleiss on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, has cleaned up enough to land a regular role on Ethan Hawke's Fox drama pilot Exit Strategy. A Fox rep confirms Sizemore is set to play a Q-like character who procures resources for Hawke's character. If the show is picked up to series, it would be Sizemore's first regular TV gig since 2002's underrated CBS crime drama Robbery Homicide Division.
