NBC Leaves Door Open for Nudity on The Playboy Club

Actors on the NBC drama pilot The Playboy Club signed contracts that include a nudity clause "virtually unheard of in broadcast," according to Variety. Don't get too excited, though: The contract's language would apparently give 20th Century Fox TV the right to shoot "graphic scenes" to use in theoretical DVD versions of the series, and avoid upping the nudity on NBC. That said, the clause could also give NBC the freedom "to push the envelope in primetime," should the network really want to. So tune in! [Variety]
