Wyclef, who was in Haiti last night casting his vote in the presidential election for Michel Martelly, says, “The way I can explain it is that the bullet grazed me in my right hand. I heard blow, blow, blow and I just looked at my hand.” He says he’s not sure if the shots were aimed at him or not.
