Lindsay Lohan Expected to Plead No Contest to Theft

Lindsay Lohan will plead no contest to the misdemeanor theft charge she faces after admittedly walking out of an L.A. boutique wearing a necklace she hadn't paid for and failing to return it, according to TMZ. "She wants to accept responsibility and move on with her life," the site reports. Lohan and her lawyer are hoping the plea will convince Judge Sautner not to add additional jail time to the 120 days Lohan was already sentenced for violating her probation. The actress is expected to end up serving about three weeks and, of course, to learn from her second round of hard time and to never, ever do anything bad again. [TMZ]
