Bravo has decided not to pick up a second season of The Real Housewives of D.C. It’s the first installment of the Housewives franchise not to be picked up for at least a second season. Bravo’s Andy Cohen told the Washington Post, “We had an amazing season and we told stories that were unique to any other in the franchise. I wish all our DC Wives the best and hope to work with them again in another capacity.” But, if you actually put on your subtext translators, you know he meant: “Damn you, Salahis! And damn us for putting you on TV! Justice, why must you always win out in the end?! Mwaahahahah … ” [WP]
