Mike Tyson’s Tattoo Artist Sues Hangover II

S. Victor Whitmill, the tattoo artist who gave Tyson his distinctive face art, claims he copyrighted the design — and was therefore unlawfully ripped off by the producers of The Hangover Part II, who, in the movie, slap said design on Ed Helms for comedy’s sake. This is even more amusing because, if Whitmill really did copyright that thing, it seems pretty clear he should be getting paid. And now, if one may be excused, Vulture’s off to copyright our own distinctive face tattoo, a skateboarding werewolf. [TMZ via Buzzfeed]
