The sequel to The Carter III will, appropriately, boast a sequel to the cover of Tha Carter III. Last time it was baby Wayne, with face tats; this time it’s (one assumes?) middle-school graduation Wayne, with (more recent!) face tats. Seriously, how can you not be a fan of a guy who does shit like this?
