It’s been three years since Real Emotional Trash, the last Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks album, and Malkmus has mostly spent that time collecting canvas dollar-sign bags on the Pavement reunion tour. But no more: Just this morning, Matador announced the new Jicks album. It’s called Mirror Traffic; it’s out August 23; and it’s fully produced by Beck.
