Charlie Sheen is now 0-for-2 in his bids to bring his case against Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre out of private arbitration and into the media spotlight. L.A. Superior Court Judge Alan Goodman ruled today that Sheen’s Two and a Half Men case won’t go to trial, which may actually be in the actor’s best interest, since Sheen’s reportedly negotiating for a new sitcom right now and would do well to put this potential media circus behind him. (Not that he will!)
