Allison Janney will reportedly star alongside Chris Colfer in Struck by Lightning, the indie coming-of-age comedy that Colfer penned himself. Lightning will be directed by Brian Dannelly, who previously directed Saved. The movie begins with Colfer's character getting struck and killed by a lightning bolt, before flashbacks chronicle his misadventures blackmailing classmates into contributing to the literary magazine he's publishing.
